4. Pricing and Payment

Delivery Time (U.S. Only)

Orders shipped within the United States typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on location and carrier performance.

Shipping Fee

A flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 applies to all orders.

Animalieviaggi currently ships within the United States only.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.

8. Cancellations and Order Changes

Cancellation requests may be submitted before processing begins. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, cancellations or changes are no longer possible. In such cases, customers must follow the Return and Refund Policy.

Return Eligibility
